Journal of Law and Public Policy Review (REPORT) is an international peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal that publishes research on the interaction between law, public policy, governance, regulation, and institutional development.
The journal welcomes doctrinal, empirical, comparative, socio-legal, and policy-oriented studies addressing Constitutional, Administrative and Regulatory Law; Public Policy, Governance and Institutional Reform; Law, Society and Justice; and Emerging Regulation and Public Policy Challenges.
REPORT particularly encourages manuscripts that move beyond descriptive discussion and provide clear analytical, theoretical, comparative, regulatory, institutional, or policy contributions. The journal seeks research with broader relevance to legal development, public-sector governance, accountability, regulatory effectiveness, justice, institutional reform, and sustainable public policy.
Interdisciplinary studies in economics, politics, technology, environment, health, maritime affairs, and social sciences may be considered when they demonstrate a clear connection to law, regulation, public policy, governance, institutional reform, or justice.
